  • Organization information: Organization name and details when creating or managing a workspace
  • Payment information: Billing details processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store raw card data
  • Support communications: Messages you send to our support team

  • Usage data: API call volumes, character counts, timestamps, and feature usage
  • Log data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and request details
  • Device data: Device identifiers and connection information

2.3 Content You Submit

When you use our translation, TTS, or STT features, the text and audio content you submit is processed to provide the Service. We may retain anonymized logs of API usage for performance monitoring, but we do not use your content to train our models without explicit consent.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.
